Parris Bowens, born in Philadelphia, Pa, is an artist, songwriter, and producer. By the age of eleven, Parris was already a proficient pianist and played at his father's church, as well as for the Hunting Park Community Choir. By fifteen, Parris was serving as the music director at Mount Zion Church of God in Christ. Born in a musical family, being the oldest in the family of five. Parris was inspired and nurtured to be a great artist. He’s creative, restless, compassionate, approachable, positive and energetic personality, and his affection for the music is what makes him unique.


Growing up, he learned and got inspiration from notable producers and writers. Parris Bowen, has performed, alongside many artist and producers like; James Poyser, Aaron Lindsey, Janet Jackson, Tye Tribbett, Adam Blackstone, Marvin Sapp, Kierra Sheard, The Roots (Late Night W/ Jimmy Fallon), Musiq Soulchild, Timbaland, Floetry, Gerald Levert, Bilal, Israel and New Breed, and later started touring with Anthony Hamilton.


Parris released his first instrumental record “A Digital Flow, vol. 1” in 2009 and the song received great remarks from listeners around the world. “The Freedom Project” released in 2014.


In 2016 he released “Time with you” and his newest EP release “STAY: LIVE IN BALTIMORE”.
